Each year the membership of the Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners comes together in a joint chapter dinner meeting to welcome newly elected members of the Board of Directors, review advocacy efforts from the preceding year on behalf of Delaware NPs and plan for the upcoming year. Please join us on March 20 at 6 pm at Vincenzo's Italian Restaurant in Dover for our annual business and dinner meeting. The educational topic will be on eosinophilic asthma with the following learning objectives:
- Understand the role eosinophils play in creating inflammation in the body
- How to identify patients with severe uncontrolled asthma and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA)
- Review clinical data, safety and real-world evidence for an established treatment option Hope to see you there!
Speakers
Dr. Shailen Shah, holds a degree in Allergy & Clinical Immunology. He treats adult and pediatric patients at a private practice, PA Allergy & Asthma Consultants PC in Collegeville PA. Dr. Shah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Allergy & Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
