2022 DCNP Bylaws Revision Vote

The results of the 2022 DCNP Bylaws revision vote conducted using Qualtrics are as follows:

• Number of Qualified Members who received announcement and link to vote on the proposed 2022 Bylaws Amendments: 184
• Number of Members Voting:  23 (12.5%) 
• Number of Members Replying Yes to the statement indicating they were qualified voting members: 22
• Number of Members Providing No response to the statement  indicating they were qualified voting members: 1
• Number of Valid Members Replying Yes to the statement:  I am in favor of the proposed 2022 Bylaws Amendments to the Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners:  20 (one additional yes voted was received but could not be included in the count because the respondent did not identified self as being valid voting member.) 
• Number of Valid Members Replying No to the statement:  I am in favor of the proposed 2022 Bylaws Amendments to the Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners: 2

Conclusion: By a vote of 20:Yes to 2:No, the vote on the proposed 2022 Bylaws Amendments to the Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners passes.
