DCPAP September Training Series: Facing Youth Suicide Risk: Optimism Through Action Before & Since COVID 19

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. 
DCPAP is sponsoring the above training series.
Part 1 Friday 9/22/23 & Part 2 Friday 9/29/23. Each session from 12-1PM. 
Target Audience: Pediatric Serving Primary Care Providers and Pediatric Serving Mental Health Clinicians
Register via e-mail to receive Zoom links and URL for link to event through the Medical Society of Delaware.  
You must provide your first and last name plus credentials.

This series is approved for CME credit through the Medical Society of Delaware.  See the URL link below if you wish to create a learner account (ahead of or up to 30 days after the event).  When you attend the session(s) and are presented with the 5-digit code, you can merely sign in with your already created username (email) and password.  This is NOT required to be done ahead of time.  Each attendee will receive a 5-digit code for entry into this system.  The system will guide them through this process.
