Urgent Update on HB 350, A Bill to Create the Diamond State Hospital Cost Review Board

The DNA Board of Directors has revised its position on HB 350 regarding the Diamond State Hospital Review Board. This bill with its amendments and now identified as House Substitute 2 for HB 350 passed in the House of Representatives in April. The DNA now opposes this bill as written. The DCNP continues to maintain a neutral position regarding HS 2 for 350 until more information is available about its impact on the provision of healthcare and on healthcare providers in Delaware. The Delaware State Senate will meet at 4PM today 5/7/24  to debate and vote on HS 2 for HB 350.
