Teleprescribing Flexibilities Extended Through 2025

On Nov. 15, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Health and Human Services announced a third temporary extension of the current telemedicine prescribing flexibilities through December 31, 2025.  The agencies stated that they will continue to carefully consider the input received from stakeholders and work to determine  a final set of telemedicine regulations for use after December 31 2025.   DCNP will continue to monitor the status of this topic and share this information with DCNP Members.   Please read the DEA press release for more information.
