Thank you for considering to be an Exhibitor at the Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (DCNP) 2024 Fall CE Conference. Your support of the DCNP is greatly appreciated.

The Delaware Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (DCNP) is excited to announce our 2nd annual CE conference for nurse practitioners and nurse practitioner students. The conference will be held on October 19, 2024, on the Kent Campus (Dover) of Bayhealth Medical Center. We anticipate as enthusiastic a response to this year’s conference as we had for last year’s conference.. We anticipate an audience of 75-100 nurse practitioners from a wide range of specialties.

We understand how valuable your time is and have tried to schedule times for attendees to visit with you without conflicting with lectures. We will be on site working for the conference, so you may arrive any time after 6:30 AM to set up your display. Registration for conference attendees will begin at 7:00 AM followed by the sessions until 12:30 PM. We anticipate 7:00 AM-8:00 AM* to be a suitable time for exhibitors as attendees filter in, as well as during the lunch and 
scheduled breaks. You are welcome to stay as your own time permits. There will be a 30-minute break from 10:00 AM-10:30 AM * and an hour break for lunch and visiting with exhibitors from 12:30 PM-1:30 PM*. The last break of the day is 3:30 PM-4:00 PM*. We have designed all exhibitor breaks to be unopposed and hope that the range of times will help with your busy schedule. As an exhibitor, you may choose which breaks work best for you or stay for the entire
day.

The fee for exhibitor support is $750.00 which includes one draped exhibit table, two chairs, a continental breakfast, and a boxed lunch for up to two exhibit staff. We will be able to provide a list of attendees after the event, but we are unable to provide contact information. The Tax ID for DCNP is 37-1590742. Cancellations can be made up until October 6, 2024, with a full refund of the conference registration fee less a $25 processing fee.

By registering as an exhibitor, each company agrees that, in keeping with compliance for continuing education, all education will be kept separate from promotional activities. Commercial support, exhibits, or the presentation of research conducted by a commercial company shall not influence the design and scientific objectivity of any educational activity. 

For those who have not used the ENP network previously to register for a conference, you will be asked to create an ENP client account before you can register/check out for the actual event. There is no fee associated with this account as it is used only to simplify the checkout procedure.
